Day Two

For my second advent post I'm also showing a Splash of Colour as it is the second month of Emma's splash of colour project. So lots of beautiful colourful work from my students who meet every week at The Settlement in Letchworth.

This has been the result of a term working not only on making book jackets but also on creating layers of textures with the sewing machine.

For me, I love having the continuity of the same group of students each week as I can see how they improve and progress and this group of ladies have come so far, producing some stunning work.

I'll shut up now and let the pictures speak for themselves...

I'm not the only crazy person doing an advent post each day in December up to Christmas... check these blogs out too!
Let me know if you are joining in and I'll add you to the list!
