Because they are so very easy and quick to make... Because I had a skein of Rowan Colourscape begging to be used... Because a girl can never have too many pairs of mitts...
And because they really are so very warm and cosy!
Me again lol ,I have down loaded the pattern thankyou ,AND I found the Fan neck warmer and have nearly finished knitting mine ,again thankyou ..love Jan xx n
Thanks for the pattern. I got a pair of fingerless gloves with a mitten hood you pull over your fingers for christmas but the thumb isn't open. So a pair like this will be ideal for when I'm out with my camera.
I agree - you can't have too many pairs can you. Last week, I had 3 pairs with me, one pair on my hands, one pair in my pockets, and one pair in my bag. Perhaps I'm aspiring octopus - I just need another pair, oh and a few more hands!
I have just started knitting again and I am promising myself that if I complete my project I will by some of that lovely Rowan Colourscape wool, I just love the colour blends. Your mitts have inspired me to hurry up and finish my project.
Makes me want to rush out and buy some of that yarn. They are very stylish and so practical for those who suffer from cold hands but still want to be able to use their fingers.

I like these! I wonder if I could use up all the odd bits of sock wool I have left over.

Lovely looking mitts. I bet they were more fun to knit than it is to draw!
Yes, I will knit some of these I think ..love Jan xx
