Hot, hot, hot...

I wasn't going to do another post about our heating situation.

Passion by Margot Allen

But when this arrived this morning from a dear blogging friend, I couldn't resist. It sums up perfectly how good it feels to have the heating back on... and it put a very big grin on my face! Thank you Jackie!

  3. I love that!

Of course never going to happpen in my house as CK seems to have some nasty proximity-related allergy to the hoover.

  4. I love that card - now we'll all think you and your beloved are skipping around in the buff!

There's another by Margot Allen called 'Custard darling?' which makes me laugh just thinking about it!

Glad to hear your warm and cosy again

  5. Oh I love her!!! Her pictures make me laugh out loud. I got the "custard darling" for my birthday once - from my work collegues! But it was just right.

Glad your heating is back on and you are warm now. You poor devil! It seems to be quite common for spiteful boilers to break down in this weather! Our neighbours had to have a boiler whisperer out the other day!

  9. Just a thimbleful...

I like the subtle inclusion of a wine bottle in the foreground - just what you need to help the hoovering along!

  14. I love 'Passion' - what a great little painting. It's not environmentally friendly to have the heat on that high!!!
