The Traveller Returns.

I was at Heathrow airport at silly o'clock this morning to meet someone special.
The bedroom is cleared, the fridge is stocked and
I'm very happy to have my boy back home.
Although sad that he has had to cut his travels short because my Dad is so poorly.

But proud that he has come home early to spend time with his Grandad.

  1. I wish it could have been under better circumstances for you but how lovely to have your handsome 'boy' home. I'm sure he will help support you at this difficult time.

  2. You must be so pleased. No wonder you are proud of him; too often today young people are portrayed as self centred - not this young man obviously.

My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time and having your 'boy' home will help to support you in many ways by just being there.

  22. That he's come home at such a time says such a lot about this young man of yours. Be proud Mum (I know you are), you have a gem there and it's good to know he's going to be close when you need family the most.

  27. Sorry to read that your Dad is so unwell but, understandably, you sound jolly happy that your boy is home. Mine is currently en route from the wilds of Northern Scotland, it will be good to see his smiley face too.
