I'm sure you'll forgive me if I'm not around much over the next few weeks. But I will let you know how Gill and I get on in our Starlight walk. Just in case you've missed my previous posts here and here, we're raising money for the Garden House Hospice. There's still time to sponsor me:

There are few words Gina. I am so very sorry for your loss. Your Dad looks a lovely man. He would be very proud of your efforts in doing the Starlight Walk. Be kind to yourself and take things slowly. xxx

Your Dad looked so handsome in his uniform. Grenadier Guards if I'm not mistaken - my son was a Grenadier. Cope with each day as it comes - thinking of you and your family.

I am very sorry to read the news of your Dad. I know a little of how you and your family must be feeling at the moment. Losing my Dad last September was a shock and hard on us all. You need to give yourselves time.

ReplyDeleteSso sad to read that your dear Dad has died - I'm think of you and know a little how it feels (this week 12 yrs ago my Dad died) and we all grieve in different ways.
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy the walk on Saturday - and maybe it will help a little too.
It's one of those big life stages that makes you different inside - so don't beat yourself up if your creativity goes all rubbish for a while.
