Fifteen Minutes of Fame

Many thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes and fabulous messages of support.
We had lots of fun on the river on Wednesday and I might even get around to posting some pictures next week. But for now it is non stop preparations for Open Studios... work set out, non-work tidied away, labels and signs up etc. At least my publicity has been taken care of...

Massive super-congratulations on your MA place!!! It sounds like the facilities will be incredible. The MA in Illustration was one of the most enjoyable things I've ever done (creative people are the best!), so I'm sure you will enjoy every minute of it.
p.s. belated 'happy birthday!'- the cake looks delicious.

  25. Your installation looks superb ... what a masterpiece of unique creativity. Just brilliant!!!!
Good luck at the open day - hope it brings you lots of success.
I'm a little puzzled though why the British press find it important to put someone's age into an article.

  26. I loved the installation! Pity BT got rid of those lovely telephone boxes. You can still find the dd one in Cornwall that they missed when taking them away.
One day I will visit you for OPen studio when I see my parents. The dates of my visits never seem to match. We had a OPen Studio in Cornwall in June and a friend of mine took part for the first time.
Best of luck with it Gina.
    xx
