Angels, Coasters and Cookies

Today my Young Embroiderers have been making angels.

Beautiful angels...

Smiling angels...

Pouting angels...

Happy angels...

and colourful angels!

There was also a colourful fairy...

a perfect princess...

and three handsome kings

They also made funky felt coasters...

with holly and snowmen...

and Christmas trees too.

And me... I made gingerbread cookies for them all to eat at snack time

There weren't any left so it was a good job I made extra for us to eat at home!

Another fabulous day with our Young Embroiderers... thank you girls and boys... and my lovely band of helpers too!

  3. What a lovely day you all must have had. The coasters are great fun and the angels are gorgeous. There'll be many a well-dressed tree this Christmas. As for the cookies - they look pretty gorgeous too.

  4. I love the angels - am sure I have some dolly pegs somewhere, if only I could remember where I'd have a go at making one too :-)

  6. Your Young Embroiderers have excelled themselves. Such fun sets of work, I found myself clicking on them all to get a closer look. So lively and individual.

  12. These made me smile, all of them, and though I'm loath to single one out, I love the princess.

It's really refreshing to work with youngsters isn't it :)
