Yes! Jam looks great - I've never thought to make gooseberry jam, always made fool. I'm not allowed to make any more jam until we've eaten up all of last year's...
mmmmm, yummy! I made some strawberry/gooseberry jam last week - was going to pick raspberries/loganberries this morning but its chucking it down with rain!!
Once you start writing it, it will go like a breeze I am sure. Good luck with the essay - I learned so much in that module about contemporary issues in the art world. It really changed me. Good luck with everything in fact - I love seeing you wearing 'the fascinator' by the way.
If you have an important essay to write Gina, anything is allowed for breakfast. I have some gooseberries in the freezer waiting to be turned into jam - I thought it was marginally healthier than gooseberry fool! Hope the essay is going well.
Well, that depends on what you're planning for lunch ...
ReplyDeleteI'm off with my harvesting box to gather our gooseberries today. Yum!
You could always have made your own butter as well, that would have put the essay off for a while longer...........
